As a member of our team you would be involved in helping to evolve a care plan that is person-centred to an individual’s needs (listening to individuals’ life stories and experiences, talking with their family and factoring that into their care). We will equip you with the skills and training you need to deliver enhanced care, if required, especially for residents who may have specific dementia needs. This is central to our care.
