With 118 en-suite rooms, our residents find joy in the nostalgic notes of our retro sweet shop, the lively buzz of our pub, and the tranquillity of our landscaped garden. Whether it's a movie night, a dance class, or simply a moment of reflection in our wheelchair-friendly garden, Hatfield Nursing Home crafts a world where every resident feels cherished. Here, personalised care meets the joys of community, creating a home where every day is a celebration of life.
Our residential care services ensure everyone is comfortable and has the privacy afforded by being in their own bedroom. As a staff member you will meet with each resident’s family to agree on the best steps including understanding their practical and emotional needs. Nurses provide additional care where required, supported by care assistants and senior care assistants.
Respite care at Hatfield gives carers the chance to take a break from caring for their loved one. Our teams make sure that every respite care resident is warmly welcomed and cared for.
Specialist nurses and care support teams with expertise in mental health provide person-centred care and a sense of wellbeing for residents living with dementia. Understanding each resident’s personal history and personality, and getting to know their family and friends, will be key to your role if you are working with our dementia patients.
