Care Assistants
As a Care Assistant, you will be delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, your daily activities will include supporting them with washing, dressing, eating and maintaining their hygiene, as well as ensuring they feel part of life in the home.

Senior Care Assistants
Senior Care Assistants are usually the primary contact between families and residents ensuring relatives and friends are kept up to date with the care of their loved one. Through effective care team leadership our Senior Care Assistants focus on the care and wellbeing of our residents and that their safety and care is carried out in accordance with individual care plans as well as supporting residents to be as independent as possible for as long as possible

CHAPs
If you are a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant wanting to take the next steps in care, our CHAP programme may just be for you. During the 12-week programme, you will gain valuable new skills, working alongside our nursing team to make a difference to those we care for. The role of a CHAP is to provide care and clinical support to nursing residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
