Howard Finley Care are seeking an experienced and dynamic Decommissioning Manager to lead a crucial project in Bristol. This confidential role requires a skilled manager with a robust understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the decommissioning process, ensuring all regulatory and operational requirements are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the decommissioning process, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition.
• Maintain high standards of care and service delivery throughout the decommissioning period.
• Provide clear, effective communication to staff, residents, and families during the process.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven management experience within a nursing or residential care setting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
